One Week Landscape Photography Masterclass with Martin Osner
Join Martin Osner for a unique experience in learning the art of landscape photography on our most popular courses. a one week course, presented from Martin Osner's studio in Hout Bay, consists of a series of lectures and on-location workshops & practicals. If you are looking to learn advanced techniques for shooting exceptional images of forests, landscapes and seascapes then this course is a must! Specifically presented during a change of season, or in winter when the weather is at its best, which presents incredible mood and natural lighting opportunities conducive to spectacular landscape photography.
Most of the teaching is done on-location, as Martin firmly believes that one-on-one‘over shoulder' instruction is the best way to teach this genre of photography. You will be taken to some of the most interesting locations in and around the Cape Peninsula, where you will be able to practice the techniques taught. Prepare yourself for a week of inspiration and intensive creative photography.
What sets Martin's teaching apart, is that he gives every student their own space to photograph their vision, with over the shoulder guidance. Unlike many instructors he also does not take his camera with on location, but rather gives his undivided attention to his students.

Frequently asked questions
All our GELATOS are dairy-based and contain cow’s milk and cream and should be avoided in cases of dairy allergies. Our SORBETS are water-based and can be consumed by those with dairy-allergies and lactose intolerance.
While many frozen dessert manufactures use eggs in their recipes, only two FRÍO Gelato flavors contain eggs: sambayón (egg custard and marsala wine) and any chocolate-based gelatos (our chocolate sorbet does not contain eggs!). All other gelato flavors are egg-free and none of the sorbets contain egg.
None of our gelato and sorbet flavors contain peanuts nor peanut-derived products. In addition, there are no peanuts or peanut-derived products in our production kitchen or retail stores. A peanut is a legume (belonging to the same family as soybeans, peas and lentils), not a tree nut, therefore please refer below to the tree nut section for further information.
None of our gelato and sorbet flavors contain shellfish or shellfish protein. We do not use shellfish (Crustaceans - crabs, lobster, crayfish, shrimp; and Mollusks - squid, snails, clams, oysters and scallops), nor shellfish protein sometimes found in food additives, in our ingredients, production kitchen or retail stores.
WHEAT AND GLUTEN SENSITIVITY
Our gelatos and sorbets are made with gluten-free ingredients. If a wheat allergy, celiac disease or gluten-sensitivity exists, our housemade waffle bowls and cucurucho cones and selected toppings should be avoided. Those with celiac or gluten issues can simply order our gelato/sorbet in a cup with no toppings.
None of our gelato and sorbet flavors contain soy or soy protein.
None of our gelato and sorbet flavors contain fish or fish oil (Omega 3).
